They Reckon They're After Ched As Well...

Would rather have him than Chopra, 24/7.

He's a big disappointment. Really thought he'd push on and have a good career, he came through at Man City at the same time as Sturridge, latter went onto Chelsea and, after few opportunities there, did well at Bolton last season and might still have a chance. But Ched...?

Sheff Utd the wrong club for him-too used to the physical game, all long balls, long passes, big man holding it up. Ched shone here because, even at that time, we tried to play a bit of football. And I think he enjoyed and appreciated it.

The Blades anti-football took them down last season and he'll be off. There are a lot worse clubs he can go to than Ipswich, and, with a Manager that indulges him and the game, he could still do well. I had hoped we might have gone back in for him ourselves one day, assume Lambert doesn't want to know, as I am sure Ched would be interested. Vaughan is a similar type of player but further down the line than Ched, so can't complain.

But have always had a soft spot for him and hope he does well, somewhere-even Portman Road!
