Im not sure what impact this has, obviously its honorable that he is staying until the end of the transfer window.
Plus gives us plenty of time for a replacement.

Its interesting that recently Lambert has made a point of mentioning that all of his targets have been players he has personally seen play.

Its also worth noting in recent interviews that Lambert has said he has little interest in getting players from Scotland or abroad.

My gut feeling is this will have almost zero impact in the future.
