A c**t writes...

"I am no fan of the BBC - but, hey, a word is simply a word. I
watched "Shadow Line" and "f**ks" were gratuitously
sprinkled around as if using the word was somehow clever. Yeah, I thought so too when I was twelve. Now we get gays trying to "reclaim" the word "queer" -(but only if used by fellow gays it seems), lesbians happy to refer to themselves as "dykes" (but not by the pen of Jeremy Clarkson) blacks delighting in calling each other "n***er"(but if you're white and a c**stable hears you, you'll be charged). Women marching to defend their right to be "sluts" (I think that will be allowed unmoderated). James May on Top Gear frequently refers to things being "a load of old cock". It is apparently acceptable to be called a "prick" - so why must one refer to "the c word"? Words are just words and what is taboo today will be de rigeur tomorrow. In Chaucer's day "c**t" was probably the word of choice. Surely a sex organ is a
sex organ - if it is used as an insult - hey, that's life. Come on women, don't you want to be treated as equal to us men?"
