Ambition or Prudence?

So far this season I have only been further convinced that we totally f**ked it up last season.

Wigan, West Ham and Sunderland have all won already this season, and away from home too and certainly the first two are looking like they'll have a bloody good go at staying up. We took far too long to win and never looked like doing so away.

If only we'd erred a little more on the side of the ambitous instead of the prudent?

We were pathetically negative at times last season when there were a lot of s**t sides around. We got points off all sorts of mediocre teams like Birmingham, Everton, and Middlesborough but all too often we didn't try and win the game.

It must take some time to get that out of your system and get back to the ruthless side we were when we went up.
