re 'ruling it out' - I have no idea about the details. I just thought someone posted (I thought yesterday?) that we'd already said we wouldn't be claiming the place even if we were offered it.

But unless the journo here has got things completely wrong, it sounds like that post was complete gubbins.

Of course I may have just completely mis-remembered it, anyway...
