We appear to be after players who might work in the EPL but who, if we get relegated, should be happy to stick around and do well (and develop) in the Champs.

Clearly Holt has a limited shelf-life, as does Wilbraham.

Incredibly, as it stands, only 5 of our 31-man squad are older than 27 yrs.
