Dramatic improvement

I haven't seen any, our two wins have come against teams who were poor.

I would have been happy with the playoffs had we come down and had to sell a ton of players but we haven't. Worthy's had ten games and still can't decide what his best team is and worries me.

I can't blame it all on him though, in the summer it is apparant there was no money available which meant the players we probably wanted to improve the squad went elsewhere. Instead Worthy had to wheel and deal and we end up with an average midfielder, an injury prone RB and striker plus a loan midfielder who hasn't done much wherever else he's been.

Selling Francis for peanuts in todays market has also turned out to be a bad decision. Here was a player who scored goals from midfield and drove forward at every opportunity. Not replacing him is a huge mistake as I can't see anyone apart from the front players contributing around 5 goals a season.

The only permanent signing I've been impressed with is Colin purely because ?260K looks a good deal.

The Worthy Out brigade are not just basing their opinion on this season. We've been on the decline for quite a while.
