yep, you've summed it up perfectly

the Burley comparison is exactly right - Worthy probably is still a good manager but he just can't see the right decisions anymore - it seems he's blinded by personal factors.

Having a go at the fans is stupid as well, though his sentiment was correct, it wasn;t the time, place or tone to issue such a comment. He's always been stubborn but he's letting that affect our performances now - definitely time to go.
