should i sell my house? prices have shot up, up here
brought my house 12 months ago for ?101,000 [Lancashire] now been quoted ?146,959. Same thing happended when i brough a house 12 months prior to this one, paid ?31,000 and sold for ?64,000 12 months later. Tricky decision and its so stressful moving.
could pay off some debts and get a car.
