I got my final pay today which didn't include the holiday pay

I've been told by email this afternoon that its not company policy to pay unclaimed holiday but he wants to chat on tuesday about it as well as my freelance day rate.

I know he'll want to screw me down on my day rate but I'm not sure if I want the hassle of freelancing for them anyway. Expecially as I know how hard it is to get money out of them.
