I think Jonson would be very useful in that formation

In place of Leon, if these rumours are true. Jonson cannot cross but looks good at spraying short passes around. Could see playing Jonson slightly left-of-centre in an attacking role suiting him very well.

Otherwise, I agree - I've been advocating that sort of formation for months.
