I imogen they will claim the injuction has already been thoroughly broken

It's all over the internet, rendering it meaningless. I don't know if that's a defence in law.

Someone raised an interesting point the other day; if a newspaper hasn't been served with the injuction, which must presumably state exactly who the subjects are, and the fact that there is an injunction is secret, how are they supposed to know not to run the story?
