which has lead to all quotes going up to cover a slight reduction for 17-21 yr old males.

The bad winter has seen a "blip" in the number of claims, one insurer reported to be paying out ?108 in claims for every ?100 they make in policies.

Basically there have been more accidents with more people claiming thanks to the claim on sight attidute with even more people driving uninsured means that people like me who haven't ever claimed but need a car have to foot the bill, it sucks but it should drop again in the next couple of years providing things calm down
