This is probably one of the most retarded things ever.
Let me get this straight....... by paying expensive lawyers a ton of money you can get a judge to cover up any wrong doing and stop the "free" press from either investigating or reporting on the matter.
How is this in any way democratic?

Actually suprised there isnt more outrage.
I dont think people realize how important a free press is in keeping those in power in check.
