I'm just conscious of the fact that we're a team...

Not just a mish-mash of individuals that can moved and shaked like boxes in a warehouse.

Whilst you have to be honest with the players, surely it's down to Lambert to make his decisions and talk to them, not for the Chief Executive to say that "we're going to stay up" and the Chairman to shout about how much money we're going to spend?

Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that we're going to spend money and that we're (naturally) aiming to stay up, but our "quietly does it" approached seemed to be working just fine before this last week.
