I think Lambert really likes him. (hence offering him a contract and rewarding him for his efforts over the past 2 seasons)

He is a great player to have on the bench as he can cover all the left hand side positions.

he will be part of the 25, no problem.

You need quality squad players who are professional enough to accept that they may not be starters.
