Why the f**k would you hate Norwich?

Family club with a good following from a small town whom the last two years apart, we have no bad blood with. So they've had a few last minute goals, big deal.

I wish them luck in the Premier League.

Great manager, good players playing good football. Rarely f**k up and if they do they almost always claw it back to a draw or a narrow win. Never lost consecutive games under Lambert who is the best manager outside of the Premiership.

Hats off to them.

Isn't going to happen. Mid-table if Lambert stays. The guy is a genius. Feel embarassed for comparing him to Grayson. One manager bleeds 100% effort from his players, the other ignores his best ones for deep-sea diving boot wearing Scousers.

Used to irritate me. Happy for them now. They have reached the top through hard work. Yes, they are very lucky, but in reality, you make your own luck.

How have they bullied their way to promotion? they're up because they deserve to be up, 2 consecutive promotions. Premier League.

Hope it isn't a love in, but not a load of "They were lucky, they are s**te" sour grapes dross.

They worked hard all season and were hard to beat , we werent and didnt.

Norwi have a good manager and a chairman who's passionate about their club and sucess.

We have a guy out of his depth and a chairman who pisses his pants each morning.

Yeah, they went for it and we didn't ... both in terms of transfer policy at the start of the season, and tactical approach when the heat was on towards the end of the season.

Good luck to Norwich and Paul Lambert, deserve what they got this season, didn't bottle when the chips were down and apart from the few usual nobheads, their fans are no bad too.

Congratulations to Norwich. They have a top manager, who has assembled a squad good enought to gain promotion. They are a relatively small city with a ground holding approx. 26000 of which 20000 are season ticket holders. Whilst that is stating the bleeding obvious, why the f**k are we nowhere near them?

paul lambert has made grayson look a right t**t in 2 seasons, totally eclipsed him. probably not intentionally, but he has. hes going to have a good career as a manager im sure of it. i wish we had him in charge.

You can overcomplicate things all you like, the facts are norwich got promoted because they've got a cracking manager. Some of the suggestions about how much they've spent are laughable, questioning our transfer policy is for a different thread, cos they haven't spent loads atall.

Its frustrating because on our day i.e. in the games we've played them recently we've been pretty even. Two tight last minute goal 1-0s in favour of either side last season, and two score draws this.

In between such games, they were just miles more consistent than us, a well organized side where every player gave 100% to the cause, and every player was aware of their job in the system.

Well done to them though, its proved that through hard work and not tons of riches; success can be achieved.

Lambert is a superb manager

Quite apart from all the financial arguments, the basic point is did you see Delia at Portsmouth? She went through tortures of the damned, open for the world to see that she actually cared what happened to her club, and the joy and tears at the final whistle confirmed that totally.
