Since 2000 (which is when we stopped selling players to bigger clubs ona regular basis), which former-City player has achieved most success?

(* success = winner/runners-up medals, or apps in major finals/ Semi-finals)

I can think of two ex-Canaries who have played in Big Cup semi-finals - both products of our youth system.
