I don't agree. He's a manager that needs a couple of seasons to get it right

That usually isn't enough for many teams, and managers are sacked before any of their plans for the club have even been put in place

Wigan would never be a prem team if it wasn't for him, neither would have Bradford. Sheff weds and Derby just weren't patient enough to let him see it through

His win percentage at Ipswich so far is very good
