I was going round to my Mum's house

There's a street party in the road, it's closed off and I can't park within 200 yards of the entrance to her road. In addition there were two ladies of a certain age in wedding regalia collecting ?1 from anyone near as an entrance fee to said party.

All I wanted to do was drop Monday's EDP round that I got from Norwich on Monday.
