yep, that is Ken. Or Glynn.
Used to play cricket with them. Both have severe-ish learning difficulties which make your descriptions of them a bit harsh. (Yes yes namby-pamby pc-ness etc etc.)
They can both be quite a laugh (and fun to play cricket with). If you can bear the manic-ness....
