Was jettison players that Worthy thought might not have it in them for the Prem.

Iwan and Malky.
Both of whom would have been invaluable, even if they didn't play in all of the games, especially Malky. i suspect that it also affected team spirit, "getting rid" of them and then bringing in someone equally ancient, in Helveg, who had no experience of English football and who wouldn't have had 10% of the motivation and passion Iwan and Malky would hgave brought that season.

So hoping Lambert would stick mostly with this seasons squad and line up.
