That's exactly what I thought ....
not really "numb nuts" just a bit mentally challenged. One of the brothers supports Norwich and the other one supports the scum! I had the scum supporter help me move into my house, he turned up in a scum shirt, I told him to take it off or cover it up.
They live in seperate hostels because if they live together they just fight and argue all the time.
