Could not concentrate *at all* first day, God knows how I got through work without getting fired. Really, really wanted a fag last night and again this morning but it's worn off a bit now. Bizarrely, drinking is fine; it's driving that makes me itch for one...

Dunno why I'm sharing really but what the f**k.
