Yes, ever since Hurricane Daryl hit the city has been under 8ft of Cashews nuts that were
thrown up from local producers. Lutonians had to seek shelter in the football stadium eating each others toe nails to survive. After 18 days of suffering, the emergency services finally entered the outskirts of the Town but then ran out of Petrol due to the recent panic buying. Fortunately a Mr W M Morrison decided to reopen one of his closed stores for a limited time only and the ambulances and fire engines were able to refill, at a reasonable price too, and the locals rescued just in time to prevent a Look East reporter being eaten alive. Luton continues to be closed to outsiders due to pockets of Anthrax, avarian flu, measles, hay fever, yellow fever & dengue fever have still been traced in samples of local Trisha viewers. Members of the TA have been seen on the streets wearing BioChemical protection suits but reports suggest that these men and women are still only pretending to be proper soldiers. Police have been seen looting the local Poundstretcher, to the dismay of many, but all goods were sound returned on grounds of quality. Property prices have remained unaffected in recent weeks.
