I think he is the perfect guy to shake things up behind the scenes....... plus that fluff piece is a tad unfair.

Did he soley relegate West Ham, Newcastle and Norwich?

Notice they forget to mention how he got both Norwich and Newcastle out of bad spots in his first season in charge of both

In his last 3 jobs he did well in the first season in all 3.

Just fire the guy when the players stop listening.
