A few thoughts about yesterday:

1. Hen do was good in a nice posh hotel.

2. I listened to 606 on the way home, thinking that some excited Canary fan would phone in. What a waste of my life! It was basically 2 hours of Robbie Savage going on and on about Rooney swearing, while shouting over callers and his co host (who at one point said we were listening to Talk Sport). Who on earth nominated him for a Sony award?

3. Heard Chris Goreham's interview with Holt and Jackson on listen again. Loved Holty's comment about who was going to get the match ball, saying Jackson should as he already had one and he was more pleased about Jackson's hat-trick. Then Goreham's question the Jackson 'Is that why he is captain?'

4. I'm really enjoying reading all the threads on the Liverpool forums about Pacheco.

5. We lent our tickets to a friend who had not been to a professional football match since seeing Motherwell play in the 1990's. He was blown away!
