I was watching Pacheco's interactions with Holt when he was playing, and the bench when he came off. Everyone just seems so pleased for the other players when they do well.

I am been particularly impressed with Lansbury's reaction to being benched for 3 games. He just comes on and does his absolute best. He seems like the total opposite of Bentley.

I can't remember us ever being able to leave players like Lansbury, Vokes, Hoolahan and Smith on the bench regularly. We just have more strength in depth, and have made such sensible signings/loans when we've needed a push in the right direction.
