Technically, yes...

...as history shows us that the first BBQ of the year should never be before 7th April. Which is my birthday, and the BBQ gets it's first hammering of the year on that date.

But f**k it - go for it. Although I would personally choose the Rick Stein butterflied leg of lamb with chili, garlic, rosemary and lemon juice.

It's worrying spunking ?80+ on one of those Weber BBQs just to do the recipe justice.
