change the decision post match.......
If the Ref would have totally missed Rooneys elbow then he would have been banned post match via video evidence.
Because the ref "partially" saw rooney he gets away with it even if video evidence suggests 100% the ref didnt see it clearly (because he would have sent him off)
I dont get the difference between...... didnt see it..... and........ didnt see it clearly.
Thats just me I guess.
