I'll try to help you here

1. Air horns are not allowed in the stadium so the stewards should have taken it from them.

2. I can see the stewards point as we cant see/hear everything, we do need the fans to help us out sometimes. however they should be keeping an eye out for things like that happening.

If anyone does have a problem you have to tell us, just come down to the aisle walk past and grab our attention and we'll talk to you in the concourse where people cant see and you wont be intimidated.
