personally I would like some hungry players who have done well in the Championship this year like Shane Long or Scott Sinclair. I was also interested to hear Nicky Forster mention on Football League Weekend last night that he thought Elliott Bennett was the best player in League 1.

Some of these players would be great, but we cannot kid ourselves that money would be tight, despite th millions we would get.

Sheff Utd signed Evans on a long contract 2 years ago for ?2m fee. You would suspect that this includes a large wage packet also. With this and just 1 year to go on his contract, they would probably need to release him for something like ?750k.

If we got promoted, who do you think we should sign then? Messi? Cristiano Ronaldo??
