(1) The crowd on monday needs to get right behind the team and make carrow road an intimidating place to come for the away team

TRANSLATION: FFS Stop ya fooking moanin and booing when we arnt even losing. You are just helping the away team who mostly come here to sit in early.

(2) On getting in loans, he is amazed that players who are not even near the first 18 in the prem would rather do nothing than come here and play in front of big crowds.
He wants hungry players who want to play.

TRANSLATION: Robbie Blake is a fat lazy c**t.
He will NEVER EVER get a contract at a club where I am the manager.
