hullo, I am alive and well

although well and truly shagged out. No crashes, despite my SHIT Hayes brakes locking on me and nearly sending over a 50 ft drop onto some craggy rock type business below.
That was marvellous. 4 hours tough walk and cycle to the top and 30 minutes mad flying down again.
