We drove to a field in Hemel Hempsted then Dad and the girls watched the balloon soar away. One daughter scared the other sobbing. I wouldn't have gone up in one of those things.
The air conditions need to be just right. Some of the other ballooners had quite a few dates only for the trip to be postponed.
