I knew of someone who was/is anorexic

I didn't really know them, but I stayed with a group party in dorm somewhere, and was warned just incase I said something by accident when drunk, or if we mingled with everyone at any time

One day I got to see them eating (they didn't know I could see, I was watching from sofa behind).

The concentration going into it was incredible, I got to see all the hardwork and condition of someone doing the right thing because they have to, but could easily sense how hard, and what level of pain/discipline was going into it

Then the ritual of it, small portions of everything, the will power being challenged the whole time

Must be bloody awful really
