Quick question chaps on whether I'm allowed to support Norwich

I've read down, but I'm struggling to find the conclusion.

As my old man, his old man, his before him and the one before that were all born in Norwich I thought I was ok, but being as I drew the short straw in wartime and entered this world in South Wales, am I allowed to follow the Canaries?

As a sequel to the previous question, as my son be born in Norwich I assume its ok for him but what about his offspring who joined us all on this mortal planet in the wastes of rural Lincolnshire but now live here in The Fine City?

Thanks for helping, we are all a bit confused.
