He has bought 2m of authorised but not issued shares. The club gets 2m he gets the shares and the clubs share capital has increased by 2m. The club have no liability to pay back. He can sell to whoever he wants. Unlike if it was a loan arrangement when you could say 'foulger hasn't given the money to ncfc'
