there was a column of about 4 seats which weren't covered by the stand roof

i got f**king drenched

there was some absolute idiot sat a couple of rows behind me that insisted on providing hos own commentary - he made me realise how worse the TV/radio commentary could actually be. (he also managed to mistake the Villa fans cries of 'Shoot' to Hitzelsberger, once he'd come on, for boos, and numptily suggested we ought to try buying him if he was so hated at Villa)

after the match things got worse.

having stupidly decided to take the train to the game, me and Mrs S got lost on our walk back to Aston train station. we ended up walking along the Aston Expressway to get back to Bham New Street station.

although luckily we managed to get to the station in time to get the last train back to Cambridge (which was at the very late hour of about 7pm...) it also had all the passengers that had been due on the train that had been cancelled from an hour earlier. it was f**king rammed. though there were some that didn't make it on at all.

3 f**king hours that train takes.
