It's a Young's bitter kit
I'm not expecting too much from it tastewise. I know it's not going to be terribly strong. Original gravity was 1034, and it's down to 1006 now. If it stays at 1006 (I doubt it'll go much lower) it ought to be a smidge over 4% abv.
But I've ordered my next kit for when this one's out of the fermenter and into the keg - I'm doing a Woodforde's Wherry kit next.
All Grain seems a tremendous faff - not to mention an investment in kit - but I bet it's worth it.
