Worthless has to go

How long has it taken to get rid of Fleming & last season, Holt? Does that and drops our best defender and attacker. OK, neither have been great so far, but show me a player who's really had a good start. People say keep faith with Worthless yet these guys have a few poorish games and are out while Fleming who's been s**t for ages stays in. Where's the consistancy there, the manager's lost the plot if you ask me.
