Does anyone know the answer to this?

I upgraded my mobile phone contract with Phones 4 U. The service provider is Vodafone. I have received an email from Vodafone which amongst other details says i have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days. On my contract info from Phones 4 U they say that they do not operate a cooling off period.

Tryed to call Vodafone but there shut. Does anyone know what my rights are? Tryed looking online but can't find anything.
