Special teams:

Punt, punt return, Field Goal, Field Goal Block, Kick-Off and Kick-Off Return. Gets its name because those teams are normally populated by the club's Down Syndrome players.

Onside kick can't be a tough one for you. It's more like rugby than AF. When you need the ball back quickly after scoring, you sometimes take the risk of a short kick to see if one of your players can grab it before the other team so you get another immediate chance to score. That's all.
