Lambert's selection yesterday?

I put Lansbury's questionmark to bed at the moment, but about Whitbread ahead of Nelson, definitely a poor one, or did he not know the Beast will play? On the TV, Grant Holt look a slim guy when compare with the Beast! I do not think Whitbread was fouled in their first goal, it was just the center half give too much space for the striker to stop the ball. See when the game goes on, Drury need to help Whitbread to double team the Beast. Nelson is not Lambert's signing but Whitbead is, so is another choice he is going to favour? A bit shock to see when we need pace for the sub, Jackson not call and McNamme not even on the bench. Pace will not win you game but it is a good way to breakdown a tied defence.
