Most boards just wait for a bad result to sack.

MON will come in and have a really small window to evaluate the squad and buy anyone he needs.
How does that help anyone?

If they didnt think Grant was the right man they should have sacked him weeks ago.

When they say to a manager you have to get at least 1 win from the next 2 games they might as well sack him there and then.
It means you have no faith in him and he doesnt trust you because anything can happen over the short term.
