Paul Crichton (?150,000), - success. Didnt acheive much but didnt cause any trouble and provided decent back up

Neil Emblen (?500,000), - mistake, but unlucky
Marc Libbra (?0), - short term success. cheap did a job for a while, improved fan morale then faded
David Nielsen (?200,000) - see marc libbra
Paul Heckingbottom (Free), - mistake
Keith Briggs (?65,000) - looked ok when he got a chance. but as didnt get many must go down as an error
