when the players can show no desire its a bad sign about their overall character when things are going bad.

Hodgson has had to deal with constant "want away" rumours of Torres and Reina......that just cant be good.

Thats the one thing about Lambert bringing in the right types of players who are hungry for success.

You can tell by the Nelson interview from the otherday that anyone who comes in with a "big time charlie" attitude gets that knocked out of them pretty quickly!

Makes me wonder if we get to the Prem if things will drastically change at the club?

I kind of hope we do a Blackpool and keep most of the players that got us there.

I think attitude can take you a long way.
