Think it is a bit complicated. It is a joint venture partially owned by FT and DT, but

they are still not completely merging the brands or the businesses in the UK. You'll still see Orange shops and T-Mobile shops as far as I am aware.

It doesn't affect Orange or T-Mobile anywhere else of course. In the Netherlands Orange was already completely taken over by T-Mobile.
