look at it this way

Firstly, take fan base, stadium, facilities out of the equation. Because I'm sure they're not in the equation.

Secondly, both Norwich and Burnley have a good squad and are in a good position to mount a promotion chase. So call it a level playing field there.

But, Burnley have money. They can spend this January. And if they don't go up they can spend in the summer.

Lambert would be moving from a club where his chief executive's plan would mean waiting SIX years before managing at premier league level regularly, and where there isn't much money to spend, to a club where the board are desperate to get promoted as quickly as possible and have the cash to back it up.

I don't think he will go, but can understand why he might
