FAO Tricky - man-management

The best example of the legend's (keep the faith!) man-management was last season. The Pollyanna's probably don't agree, or perhaps their minds are so full of Hamilton that they've forgotten, but it is very important to get the players believing in themselves, truly believing that (for instance) they can stay up. So what was the answer given by Graham Stuart (our very own Lada Riva) when asked who he thought would stay up?
SOUTHAMPTON!
Still no-one was playing for their future so it didn't matter (actually he really wasn't playing for his future was he? By then even the legend (keep the faith!) had rumbled him).
